The 36th Chili Super Bowl kicks off Saturday, Sept. 2.

All the proceeds go to the Abilene Ben Rickey Boys Ranch.

The community will be able to interact with the cooks at the festival.

Staff said the world's largest pot of chili is already being prepared, 500 gallons of chili.

The president of the Chili Super Bowl said, "It takes 1,500 pounds of ground beef, 250 pounds of chopped onions and 150 gallons of tomato sauce."

The president said so far they've raised nearly two million dollars for the ranch.

It's $4 for admission.
