"He's a big strong lad for his age and you can tell he's passionate about soccer." Mark Ellis, the Director of RIASA said. He was one of the primary recruiters of Carr.

"We feel he has a good opportunity to pursue his dreams." Jeffery Carr, Noah's father, said.

"If I really want to pursue my dream, it's teh best place to go by far." Noah Carr said.

Carr also said he'll likely compete for a spot on one of the top 3 teams at the academy.
