Amy Mobley, 33, was arrested with two outstanding warrants after Abilene police conducted a welfare check. During that time, police found Mobley in possession of a controlled substance.

Mobley's first warrant was issued by Jones County. Court documents state that Mobley intentionally took a child, knowing she was violating a court order on the child's custody.

The second warrant was issued in Callahan County, January of 2017.

In a motion to revoke her probation, Mobley was convicted for the controlled substance charge.
