There is less alcohol and absolutely no mistletoe this year at office Christmas parties. Companies are cutting back on Holiday cheer with all the sexual harassment stories looming in the headlines.Despite most office Holiday parties not happening at work, people don't realize that company rules and policies still apply. 1. Don't try to be the life of the party especially if you are a supervisor
2.Keep your hands to yourself
3.Don't compliment the opposite sex on dress and appearance
4.Drink in moderation
