Children from ages four to 19 are competing in Abilene in Roughy Youth Bull Riders World Finals.

This event started today and will last until Saturday.

This competition has been celebrated 10 years in Abilene.

Competitors are hoping to take home the grand prize. One competitor, Shea Russell, said he's been in the rodeo atmosphere as long as he can remember, and that bull riding is all about your attitude.

"They get the fear in 'em and they kind of quit and stuff like that. But you've got to learn to take that fear and use it to your advantage. And make it a good fear instead of a bad fear," Russell said.
