A new week, a new record for stocks. All three major indexes soared on Monday, with the Dow and S&P 500 finished at all-time highs.

‘Tis the season to be raising prices. Although the holidays are still months away, it appears we’ll be paying more to send some gifts. That’s because UPS is planning to add a surcharge on deliveries during the peak shipping months of November and December.

It could be “game over” for two big players trying to team up in the fantasy sports world. Federal regulators say they’ll ask a court to block the proposed merger of DraftKings and FanDuel. They’re concerned the deal would create a company controlling more than 90 percent of the fantasy sports market.

This one has the makings for a sad country song: A new report from the website GoBankingRates says the city where the cost of living is raising the fastest is Nashville, Tennessee. That’s based on the amount of income residents need to live comfortably after the pay for things like food, rent and transportation.
