The hot weather has most of us thinking about staying hydrated. But did you know you can overhydrate as well?
In fact, overhydration can lead to water intoxication. That happens when electrolytes in your body become too diluted.
Signs include nausea, headache and changes in mental state, like confusion or disorientation.
If untreated, it can lead to cramps, seizures and unconsciousness.
