HAMLIN, TX - A Hamlin man has been found after being missing since November 2016.
The remains of Matt Barrnet were found by a resident on Friday in rural Hamlin.
Hamlin Police Chief Bobby Evans says there was no sign of foul play at the scene, but his body appeared to have been exposed to the elements for several months.
Barrnet’s body has since been sent to Tarrant County for an autopsy.
Cause of death remains under investigation.
