The big screen remake of the 1970s classic TV series CHiPS headlines this week’s list of New in Entertainment. Michael Pena and Dax Shepherd star as California Highway Patrol officers who put their differences aside to battle a gang of car thieves.

Twenty years after the original Trainspotting, Ewan McGregor, Ewen Bremner, Jonny Lee Miller and Robert Carlyle reprise their roles as Renton, Sick Boy, Spud and Begbie in T2: Trainspotting.

The Power Rangers movie follows five high school students who are chosen to become teenage superheroes to help save the world from aliens.

Money follows a pair of pharmaceutical executives whose plan to steal $5 million gets derailed when a con artist holds them hostage.

In The Belko Experiment, employees find out they’ve become part of a corporate survival game, leaving them to kill or be killed.

In Grey Lady, a Boston detective gets more than he bargained for when he travels to Nantucket to investigate the death of his partner.

In Berlin Syndrome, a romantic night turns into a hostage situation when a teacher holds a young photographer captive.

From the small screen comes the three-hour Dirty Dancing TV movie; season three of The Strain; the Prison Break event series; the Prison Break  collectors’ Blu-ray set, which includes all five season; and the Pink Panther film collection, starring Peter Sellers.

Music fans can pick up imagine Dragons’ third album, Evolve; Mosaic from alt-rock band 311; and DJ Khaled’s tenth record, Grateful.
