After many storms in the winter of 2016 during a roof replacement, the Ballinger Memorial Hospital faced water damage.It took 45 days of planning to come up with a renovation plan. Now, with the renovations finishing up this summer for its new rehabilitating center."We've had such a boom that we're looking to expand into areas that we once before we wouldn't have considered..," according to CEO of Ballinger Memorial Hospital, Rhett Fricke.
