It's going to be a comfortable Friday evening for the football games throughout the Big Country. Temps in the mid 70's with mostly clear skies at kickoff. Temps will be in the low 70's by the end of the games.
As we head into the weekend warm weather will prevail for the first half. Saturday evening a couple of storms could develop (20% chance). Isolated severe storms are expected Saturday evening. Saturday night chances go up for all of the Big Country, better chances east and lesser chances west, with a 60% chance in Abilene. Severe storms are expected once again Saturday night with Isolated severe storms for most of the Big Country, but more scattered in the northeastern counties.
Sunday dry air moves in and I bet you do not see a single cloud all day. Sunny skies and mild temps in the mid 70's are expected. Getting cool once again Monday morning with lows in the mid 40's.
