Lots of animals are in town for the Taylor County Livestock Show.

This is the 29th year the stock show has been in town.

Goats, horses, and swine will be just a few of the animals being inspected by judges.

A mother says two of her children are showing steer.

And a lot of hard work goes into getting them ready.

It means trimming hooves, and making sure their water isn't

frozen in our frigid weather.

Spectator Chasity Pritz says "It's a lot of hard work but it teaches them leadership and responsibility and things that they will carryon and use throughout the rest of their lives."

The show will go on until Saturday and is open to the public.
